A wonderful trip to Sedgwick Reserve

From July 29- Aug 4th, we took our 12th trip to our beloved Sedgwick Reserve - and it was the largest group ever with 19 people there for most of the week. We saw lots of critters, did lots of cool experiments, collected many crickets, and talked about a whole lot of science. Our collaborators Kristi Montooth and Colin Meikeljohn came with their daughters, and brought their team from University of Nebraska Lincoln. Former Williams lab PhD alum Lisa Treidel, now an Assistant Professor at College of William and Mary, came for her 10th trip and brought her students (Caroline’s grand-students, sniff). The three groups loved getting to know each other and had a whole ton of fun. We can’t wait to go back!
